Great Customer Service!!

I was having an issue looking up some websites on the search engine, so I sent in an email hoping to get a reply back, and I got a reply within a few hours with a clear and helpful solution to my problem! My helper was very friendly, understanding and willing to improve the app to accommodate the issues I was having.
I like using this app to make a list of rewards for myself that I can redeem each week and it is very helpful in making it simple and easy to use!
